We are seeking a dynamic and organized Showroom Administrator/Sales professional to join our team.
This individual will oversee the daily operations of our showroom, provide excellent customer service and drive sales by assisting clients in selecting high quality furniture, lightning, décor, flooring, doors, cabinets that best meet their needs.
The role combines administrative tasks with a proactive sales approach, ensuring the showroom runs efficiently and delivers a premium customer experience.
Working Duties:
• Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing expert advice on a product.
• Understand customer requirements, preferences and budget to recommend suitable product, provide a Quote
• Process customer orders, payments and invoices accurately
• Review and release orders to the warehouse immediately.
• Maintain the showroom’s appearance, ensuring products are clean, well displayed.
• Able to establish and maintain a strong working relationship with clients
• Proficient in preparing and distributing monthly, quarterly, and year-end client reports in a timely and accurate manner
• Must be a self-starter and possess a strong ability to handle multiple projects at once and meet monthly cycle deadlines
• Must provide periodic status reports and updates to management
• Addressing and resolving service concerns in a timely and effective manner
• Ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures.
• Basic AutoCAD knowledge
• Possesses good organization, oral, written communication, and excellent follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently yet also thrive working as a team and enthusiastically approach challenges.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
• Familiarity with retail sales is a plus
• Experience in working with quoting software.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail, and exemplary time management capabilities
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
• Available M-F from 9:00am-5:00pm and Sat-10:00am-3:00pm
• Must speak fluent English
Pay: Hourly and Commission.
