Showroom Coordinator
Showroom Receptionist - Salt Lake, UT Job Description: Day to day: Provide a service mentality to both internal team members and clients. Goal is to assist the branch manager in providing the customer with the best possible buying experience, product delivery, and after-sale service. Tasks include entering and processing customer orders, correcting order errors, following up with customer on status of orders and sending follow up emails after sales transactions, and completing receptionist duties at the front desk: greeting walk-in clients (interior designers, contractors, builders). Expectations: + Communicate and develop rapport with customers + Demonstrate a positive attitude of cooperation and respect + Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to provide individualized service + Ability to work independently as well as part of a team + Self starter who proactively finds solutions to customers’ needs + Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and telephone + Assist Manager with Merchandizing to make the showroom and products visually exciting + Demonstrate the ability to sketch ideas on paper + Light Cleaning of showroom and products + Preparing samples with appropriate identification and information for customers + Excellent organizational and planning skills Skills & Qualifications: + Seeking candidates with a customer service mentality + Ideally this candidate has one to two years of experience within customer service or administrative work + 2+ years retail sales skills in professional environment + Basic computer skills working within Windows environment. + High School diploma or equivalent + Knowledge of design elements: size, proportion, color, balance and light.
