Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Showroom Manager in our Topeka, KS Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Showroom.

Reports to Stephanie Cline9500 sq ft Showroom Direct oversight of 3Responsibilities
Actively leads day-to-day showroom operations which includes the Showroom team, Showroom Operations Manager to focus on Showroom Displays, the Clearance Center, revenue growth, margin enhancement, budget targets and process improvementMaintain and develop a team including hiring, mentoring, training, scheduling, goals and expectations and developmentSupervises the daily showroom traffic with a wide range of customers to sell a variety of products including lighting, appliances, and high-end fixturesHandle budget process activities, review and handles expensesAssist customers, both by appointment and walk-insBuild and maintain relationships with suppliers as well as be the first point of contact to address and resolve customer complaintsAttend industry events and/or meetings to be the representative of Ferguson locallyQualifications
3+ years prior sales leadership experience is ideal coupled with sales and customer service experienceProven track record to build and implement process improvement / efficienciesAbility to initiate and embrace change, mentoring skills and desire to train othersAbility to work across department lines, manage time and peopleMust have outstanding communication skills; verbal, written and interpersonal skillsAbility to listen optimally to address problems, anticipate issues and make effective decisionsExperience in Plumbing Fixtures, Lighting and/or Appliance Retail Sales is a plusThe ability to take care of a vast array of customers with varying levels of product knowledgeAt Ferguson, we care for each other. Pay Range:

$3,918.60 - $8,621.80-
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
