About this role
A luxury International Architectural and Design products brand is seeking a showroom sales assistant to join their NYC team. The successful applicant will fully support the local sales and design team as well as handle all intercompany relationships. 

Key Responsibilities Handle all intracompany operations between Italy and the US (sales, payments, logistics, lead time etc.) Ability to create proposals/quotes Enter notes and data into the CRM for sales staff on the road Strong ability to create detailed CAD and SketchUp design plans  Maintain orderly project folders on the server Delegate web leads to pass to the right sales team member  Coordinate the delivery and collection of sales for all North America  Assist clients and sales staff in the showroom as needed 
Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree  Passion for Interior Design  Experience working as an interior design consultant or sales support  Efficient in using CRM systems Experience with design programs is preferred (CAD, SketchUp) Ability to work with a small team  Strong Organizational skills  Good Communication skills Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software  Authorized to work in the US Flexibility with working hours to attend events/meetings
