Follow pre-planned routes and schedules to ensure timely arrival at destinations. Principal Accountabilities Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting passengers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Principal Accountabilities Responsible for cleaning, washing, vacuuming, maintaining exterior and interior surfaces to ensure shuttle is presentable at all times Principal Accountabilities Performs routine daily inspections of the shuttle to ensure it is in good working conditions. This includes checking oil, tire pressure, brake and transmission fluids, filling fuel tanks, and similar related tasks. Principal Accountabilities Takes shuttle to local lube and repair center for oil changes, state inspections, tire rotation, replacement, vehicle repairs, and similar related tasks. Principal Accountabilities Keeps accurate records on service inspection reports and maintenance performed. Principal Accountabilities Ensuring the shuttle obeys all traffic rules and regulations, including passenger numbers and keeping riders safe. Principal Accountabilities Adhere to Blinn’s policies and procedures, including dress code and professional conduct standards. Principal Accountabilities Performs other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Valid Texas drivers license with a clean driving record. High School diploma or GED. Knowledge of federal, state, local rules and regulations as it pertains to transportation.
Minimum Competencies Minimum Competencies Excellent oral and written communication skills Good customer service skills Ability to follow directions and schedules. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment. Capable of multi-tasking in a busy workplace environment. Ability to diagnose and remedy basic mechanical issues
