You'll rapidly build in-depth knowledge, discover solutions, and experience our business first-hand. From day one, you will work on meaningful projects with three individually designed assignments, including one eight-month international assignment. You will be paired with a dedicated mentor who guides you through immersive experiences, allowing you to shadow various roles and positions. Additionally, you'll gain access to a wealth of resources geared towards cultivating your professional growth. **How You’ll Make an Impact** + Aspart of our Graduate Program, you are on the Siemens Energy team. You’llshare our purpose in energizing society by supporting customers withtransitioning to a more sustainable world and will work on real globalissues, creating solutions that directly make an impact. + Efficientlyassist and manage projects to maintain Project Schedule, CustomerSatisfaction & Financial Responsibilities. + Supportproject management activities including scheduling, budget, risk, change,opportunity, forecast and reoccurring reporting to management. Profit/Lossresponsibility for assigned projects. + Createand share project specific lessons learned and eliminating/reducingproject NCC’s. + Workclosely with cross-functional teams to plan project deliverables,resources, budget, and schedule. **What You Bring** + Amaster's degree, doctoral degree, or equivalent in Engineering,Engineering Management or Business. + Minimumof 3 months of international experience gained through studying orworking. + Excellentcommunication, leadership, team building & customer facing skills. + Experiencein process improvement, quality management and managing global teams.Project Management certifications preferred. + Significantpractical work experience up to 36 months including knowledge frominternships, working student activities or employment. + ExcellentEnglish skills to work in a multi-cultural environment and be flexible andmobile during the program. + Applicantsmust be legally authorized for employment in the United States withoutneed for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
