We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Infrastructure Administrator to join our team and manage the Siemens Teamcenter application. As a Infrastructure Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the infrastructure of the Siemens Teamcenter application, ensuring its smooth operation and performance.
Job DescriptionTasks:
Install, configure, and maintain the Siemens Teamcenter application and its related infrastructure componentsMonitor and troubleshoot system performance issues, ensuring high availability and reliabilityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and enhancementsDevelop and maintain system documentation and standard operating proceduresProvide technical support and assistance to end users and resolve system-related issuesImplement security measures and best practices to protect the integrity of the system and its dataContribute to projects for Siemens Teamcenter continuous application development by taking over responsibility for defined project work packages (e.g. research and innovation, process automation, application testing)QualificationsProfile:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related fieldProven experience (min 2 years) as a PLM infrastructure administrator, preferrable with the Siemens Teamcenter application knowledgeStrong knowledge of system infrastructure components such as servers, storage, and networkingProficiency in scripting and automation tools for system administrationExperience with system monitoring and performance tuningExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentOpen minded, positive and solution oriented communication towards internal customers and end usersProficiency in English in written and verbal communication (min.
