JR65643 SIG Business Operation Analyst

Responsibilities:To support SIG Ops team on the below listed task :Demand Entry & SAP Demand Management for OCAP & OPEX orders with high data entry accuracyWork closely with FOM team on demand handshakeSupports SAP material extension activity for all site such as material master extension, MRP Area extension, PIR creation, source list updateCreate NRE POs as and when required and followup for closure, ensure PO creation are done with due deligence (all supporting documents are attached)Supports CM Reserve, Scrap & Inventory Management, Intersite Balancing activitySupports RMA from sites activityInventory Management & Material Sales, Material PO CreationsSupports SAP inbound & outbound activity with 3PLCreating, updating & maintaining procedural & work instruction documentationAny ad-hoc task relevant to OMS that will be assigned on as need basis

Requirements :
Min Bachelor Degree in any field with experienced in SAP will be an added advantage.
Well versed with MS Office specially Excel, Power point, Word and ability to write/create Macro would be an added advantage.
Good communication skill in English & Malay.

Able to work with multiple stakeholders.
Able to work under minimum supervision.
Attention to details and capable of doing analytic analysis.

Have growth mindset and doesn't set limitation in job scope or work assigned.
