SIGINT Analyst Expert

Location: Fort Liberty, NC

Clearance: Active TS/SCI

 

Perform all-source intelligence analysis and production, as well as interface with Combatant Command and Intelligence Community counterparts to ensure maximum collaboration and situational awareness to accomplish Special Operations Forces (SOF) unique operational and tactical level intelligence requirements.

Responsibilities

· Identify and or confirm individuals, organizations, facilities, locations, trends, or patterns of interest associated with a high value target or network of interest in a collaborative environment.

· Coordinate SIGINT procedures with internal and external SIGINT activities to ensure the collection, dissemination, and/or precision geo-location activities adhere to guidance and appropriate directives.

· Have a high level of proficiency with NSA and other SIGINT analytical databases covering both Dial Network Recognition (DNR) and Digital Network Intelligence (DNI) related technologies and must demonstrate a working knowledge of the most current SIGINT systems, databases, and software tools.

Qualifications

Required:

 

· Minimum of six (6) years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies is required with four (4) years at the operational level.

· Proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.

· Demonstrate expert proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools.

· Demonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Lieutenant Colonel (O-5) / GS-14 level or higher.

· Strong working knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.

· Demonstrate strong working knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools.

· Demonstrate some experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Captain (O-3) / GS-13 level or higher.

· Proficient in utilizing basic computer applications and established SIGINT related databases to support analytical efforts and product development.

· Strong briefing, reporting, and writing skills.

· A high level of proficiency with National Security Agency (NSA) and other SIGINT analytical databases covering both Dial Network Recognition (DNR) and Digital Network Intelligence (DNI) related technologies.

· Strong background and firsthand experience are required in SIGINT analysis, SIGINT systems, tools, and databases, reporting and collection management.

· Acute knowledge of SOF and or CT/counter proliferation intelligence experience is highly desirable.

· Current NSAnet access.
