Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Integration: Perform strategic integration across multiple aspects of the program as well as multiple offices throughout the IC and DoD communities to assist with outreach and awarenessGuide Developers in Integration: Guide software applications developer and users in the integration and use of applications associated with program-specific API and OSA hardwareDeveloping Technical Briefings: Coordinate with the SIGINT Front Office and other organizations throughout the enterprise to develop content for strategic executive-level presentations and documents, including technical, programmatic or graphics materials such as conference presentations, program overview and capabilities briefingsUnderstanding and Developing Policy: Support and help develop governance policy and processes for CONOPs of new program. This includes understanding current policies and developing additional policies to support unique program CONOPs working with Functional Managers on authorities and responsibilitiesSIGINT Outreach Activities: Support SIGINT outreach activities to include informing, educating and interacting with key members of the IC and DoD, and coordinating and distributing material to internal and external management for a first of kind programOutreach and Engagements Management: Manage Outreach and Engagements meeting processes and procedures to include scheduling meetings, attending working group and preparing Outreach materialsRecord Management: Analyze and assign or perform actions as appropriate and track actions to closure, take meeting notes and provide precise meeting minutes, and update Engagement confluence pages

Required:

Clearance: TS/SCI with a PolygraphEducation: Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts (BS/BA) in Technical fieldExperience Minimum: 12 years of experienceOpen Systems Architecture: Technical understanding and application of Open Systems Architectures, software and firmware programming, Application Programmers Interfaces (APIs), and integration of software and firmware into a systemIntelligence Community Experience: Demonstrated experience working with Intelligence Community and NSASIGINT Systems: Demonstrated experience with SIGINT systems, programs and activitiesExecutive Level Communication: Demonstrated experience interacting with senior executives to include writing correspondence or white papers, developing executive briefings, and participating in executive level meetingsConfluence/JIRA: Experience with Confluence/JIRA

NRO System Engineering: Knowledge of the NRO System Engineering processMBSE: Experience with Model Based Systems EngineeringAirborne Systems: Experience with Airborne systems
