The mission of the Lone Wolf program is to support, operate, and maintain the Distributed Continuity Integrated Network – Top Secret Enterprise Services (DCIN-TS ES) which is a DoD-provided, TS/SCI, integrated voice, video, and data, global communications network that facilitates collaboration among senior leaders and key staff. Responsibilities\: 
The duties and responsibilities of the Full Stack Software Engineer (ServiceNow) include, but are not limited to, the following\: 

Design, develop, and implement web components, templates, and workflows tailored to meet specific business requirements, ensuring seamless integration and functionality to support organizational objectives Collaborate closely with Engineering Managers and fellow Architects within the team to co-create and refine industry-leading technical designs, focusing on the development of robust, enterprise-grade software solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and performance Partner with ServiceNow Developers and stakeholders to actively influence the development of technical designs, offering guidance and expertise to align the solutions with business objectives and technical standards Work on full-stack development, including back-end technologies like Java, Python, Go, PHP, or C#, and front-end technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS, and SQL, to build comprehensive and dynamic web solutions that provide smooth user experiences and strong functionality Create and implement software that is straightforward, intuitive, and user-friendly, enabling customers to easily extend and tailor functionality to suit their specific business requirements Take an active role in the design and implementation of new products and features, while consistently refining and enhancing them to drive ongoing improvements and innovation Translate business requirements and mock-ups into fully functional features by collaborating with business and product owners, as well as creative designers, to meet project goals and deliver effective solutions Create rich, modern web and mobile web experiences that are accessible, forward-thinking, responsive, and optimized for performance across various devices and platforms Identify and troubleshoot product or system issues by analyzing their sources and assessing their impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality, then debug, track, and resolve them accordingly *

Requirements\: 

Experience developing accessible technologies Proficiency in code and system health, diagnosis and resolution, and software test engineering Experience with integrating LDAP and Web Services, including API-based integrations  Ability to work well in a team and effectively communicate technical information  Must be able to work a 40-hour work week, normally Monday through Friday  Ability to work overtime during critical peaks and be available to meet last minute requests for overtime if needed  Ability to travel (5-10%) primarily within 75 miles  Familiarity with MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Project and Visio  Exceptional attention to detail; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong critical thinking, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills  Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment 

Clearance Required\: 

Must have active Top-Secret clearance with SCI or TS with the ability to acquire SCI

Minimum Education\: 

High School Diploma

Minimum Years of Experience\:  

5 or more years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, 2 years of experience with an advanced degree in in an industry setting 2 or more years of experience with performance, large scale systems data analysis, visualization tools, or debugging 

Required Certifications\: 

Ability to meet or exceed DODD 8140/8570 IAT Level 2 Requirements, to include CE certification

Preferred\:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field ServiceNow Experience
