Today, we are recruiting for a Signaling Site Manager to join our team in Egypt. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.

What are my responsibilities?

Coordinate trackside installation and commissioning in Signaling & Communication onsite. Manage site supervisors and their daily activities. Keep the schedule updated with all inputs from onsite activities. Monitor and control all materials that need to be installed. Act as an interface to the customer and internal/external suppliers. Ensure the technically flawless and economical execution of assembly and commissioning work. Analyze disruptions and determine remedial measures with those involved, even if there are conflicting interests. Follow deadlines for commissioning and service work, coordinating with the Overall Site Manager, and monitor compliance. Create and be responsible for the installation concept and compliance with HSE regulations on construction sites. Handle site-related reporting, analyzing, and identifying relevant KPIs. Support contract and claim management and monitor quantity survey activities for sub-suppliers' share of the delivery.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

A university degree in an engineering discipline or an apprenticeship with many years of professional experience. At least 5 years of experience in supporting complex signaling projects in the rail automation industry in an international environment, preferably with longer stays abroad. Extensive experience in managing and controlling several teams of experts simultaneously. Very good knowledge of English and integrative skills due to the strong international orientation of the role. Commitment to working in a pressurized environment with conflicting priorities and without permanent supervision.
