Lead and oversee system-level activities for analyzing project requirements and delivering comprehensive signaling solutions. Collaborate with the Business Unit to define system architecture aligned with Siemens Mobility's product and systems portfolio. Develop operational concepts for the system.
Responsibilities:The Signaling System Manager for the TRA Project will have the following responsibilities:Plan and manage system tasks within the project framework. Monitor and track system-related tasks throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and resolve deviations from project requirements. Support the Engineering Manager in creating technical reports for customer communication, modifications, and variation orders, if needed. Review and analyze project requirements related to the system. Define system requirements to meet project-specific needs. Address conflicting or unclear requirements by consolidating, assuming, or substituting where necessary for client clarification. Define system operation concepts, user interface specifications, and system alarms. Support Delivery Managers in specifying interface control documents (ICDs) between subsystems. Generate project documentation specific to the system design, including items like exploitation programs. Aid the Test Manager in developing the Test Plan for project integration and system protocols. Participate in client acceptance processes at the system level and prepare associated reports.Requirements:Knowledge of Railway Signaling Strong self-motivated person with a natural focus on customer needs Excellent team player with good communication and negotiation skills. Fluent in both English and Mandarin. Readiness for travel. Tasking and prioritization skills.
