Signals Analyst Specialist

The Multi Domain Solutions Division at Leidos has an opening for a Signals Intelligence Specialist. The successful candidate is at the forefront of talented analytical teams, skilled at intercepting, analyzing, and exploiting foreign intelligence target signals. Your actions and decisions directly contribute to critical decision-making processes that safeguard our nation's interests. 

Primary Responsibilities

Understand collection requirements, platform capabilities, dataflows, and analytic methodologies Collect and analyze complex data for critical analysis, explore new sources of data, and combine data from disparate sources to validate information and extract new meaningExecute and refine the process and procedure of instrumentation Signals Analysis operations in a purpose-built enterprise environment throughout the lifecycle of operations Act as the authority in the mission area and provide time-critical recommendationsCollaborate with national and tactical collection elements to advance target development efforts, recommend collection strategies, and support strategic and operational requirementsTroubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions

Basic Qualifications

Requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and 8-12 years of prior relevant experience in digital signals collection, real-time operations, or signals analysis or a Masters degree with 6-10 years of prior relevant experienceProven experience and proficiency with Signals Intelligence collection tools and techniquesExcellent verbal and written communication skills and detail orientedAbility to work collaboratively and constructively with leaders across the siteAbility to work in a fast-paced team environmentActive TS/SCI with Polygraph and US Citizenship

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in multiple types of SIGINT collection or technical work at customer sitesExperience with specialized IC SIGINT tasking, collection, exploitation, analysis, and mapping toolsKnowledge of specific customer requirements and intelligence oversight policies Ability to evaluate and document system inaccuracies and identify improvements

Pay Range:Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
