If you are working or aspiring to work in today's United States Intelligence Community, NOW is the time to join CACI Operations Support and Services (OSS)! The Intelligence Solutions Team has an immediate opportunity for a SIGNALS Cryptologic Training Developer at Pensacola, FL.

The Cryptologic Training Developer develops, maintains, and updates SIGNALS materials/content to mirror SIGNALS analyst tasks in order to meet NSA/CSS training requirements.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Active TS/SCI security clearance with a PolygraphTypically requires a B.A./B.S. Degree in Intelligence, Areas Studies, Education ,Education Technology, ISD or other directly related discipline (See "in lieu" note below)Minimum five years experience, shall include: Three years SIGNALS or Intelligence Community experience as an analystTwo years experience, within the last six years, of applied practical experience developing, documenting and /or updating SIGNALS training materials following the principles of ISDIn lieu of the relevant Bachelor's Degree; four additional years of applied, practical experience in the intelligence education, instructional design or ELINT analysis fields for a total of nine years work experience may be substituted

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop SIGNALS materials/content to mirror SIGNALS analyst tasks and update existing materials to meet training requirementsUse blended learning techniques which may include a combination of eLearning tools, video and audio exercises, readings, case studies, and demonstrations of required skills through work related tasks in accordance with Government guidanceClarify and document customer operational requirements, training objectives and SIGNALS materialsAssist in the prioritization of requirements for training developmentResearch and leverage classified and unclassified domain-specific SIGINT resources for relevant, authentic SIGINT content; develop training materials to include analysis of operational, task-based exercisesCollaborate with instructors and other Government and Contractor developers in the design, development and documentation of SIGNALS and domain -“specific training materialsEmploy technology, Adobe C5S, Adobe Premier in developing training materials for SIGINT learning that combines blended delivery modes such as online, distance, asynchronous eLearning technology and self -“paced instructionsCollaborate with SIGNALS Operations technical experts as well as other Government and Contractor instructors and developers to obtain and develop ELINT materialsDevelop practical evaluations to test the student's mastery of the learning and/or performance objectivesIdentify and recommend learning applications and tools that enhance training deliveryTeam with other Government and contract instructors and developers

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$50,400 - $105,800
