As an HGV Signature Vacations Concierge, you would be responsible for executing your position’s responsibilities and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
The Primary function is to oversee the department’s arrival audit processes, making outbound calls to members to confirm reservation details, communication with department’s vendor partners regarding the member’s vacation package components & completing other required departmental reports as needed.
In addition, this position may generate and distribute reports including arrival reports, agent error reports, and any ancillary reports as requested. This Team Member will maintain a level of accuracy of at least 95% of input on all data entry tasks and ensure confidentiality of all data.
