What You'll Do:
The Advanced Concepts S&BD Intern will be in a cross-functional team environment encompassing a full range of project management and business development activities. This will provide the opportunity to interact with multiple functional organizations within Lockheed Martin Sikorsky. This internships offer a unique opportunity for intern level exposure to our internal business process from program strategy to product development and provide an excellent setting for motivated individuals looking to develop their skills in a dynamic corporate setting. Candidates must display an ability to think logically, have strong written and verbal communication skills and a project management/results oriented mind set. The candidate must be able to operate in a diverse and dynamic environment.
Basic Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications :
• Pursuing degree in Engineering / Marketing / Finance or related field
• Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel and Power Point
• Highly Motivated; able to perform team tasks with low direct supervision while utilizing virtual collaboration tools to interact with team
Desired Skills:
-Strong communication skills and experience with presenting to a group
-Must possess good problem solving skills
-Enrolled Joint Degree Program – Master of Business Administration and Master of Engineering preferred

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
