As a SIL Engineering Technician - FLRAA, you'll be an integral part of the team, supporting critical projects that make a lasting impact on the aviation industry. If you're a hands-on problem-solver with a passion for working with cutting-edge technology, this is the opportunity for you. **Key Responsibilities:** + Fabricate interconnecting cables and harnesses based on engineering drawings. + Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair test bench and lab infrastructure equipment. **Required Skills:** + Crimp and assemble connector contacts and cable assemblies to aircraft standards. + Solder to J-STD standards. + Read and understand aircraft-level wiring diagrams. + Read and understand mechanical drawings for metal fabrication and assemblies. + Familiar with test equipment and troubleshooting/repair of wiring and isolation. + Experience with serial data interfaces (ARINC 429, MIL-STD-1553, RS422, RS232, Ethernet, IEEE-488). + Install fiberoptic cabling for reflective memory hardware. + Knowledge of ESD and FOD practices. **Education & Experience:** + Associate Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience preferred; High School Diploma required. + 5+ years of technical industry experience, military experience a plus. + Good communication skills; team player. **Ready to Take Flight?** This is your chance to work with a global leader in the aviation industry.
