**Job Title: Silicon Validation Engineer 3** **Location: Hillsboro, OR** **Pay Range: $62-67/HR on Experis W2** *Not open to C2C/sponsorship **Overview:** Our client, a Multinational Technology Corporation, is seeking a Silicon Validation Engineer 3 to join their team in Hillsboro, OR. As a Silicon Validation Engineer 3, you will be part of the post silicon validation team and be responsible for validating the functionality and performance of cutting-edge chip designs. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in computer architecture and power delivery, silicon validation/verification/testing, power delivery validation, and basic python scripting which will align successfully in the organization. **What’s the Job?** + Own post-silicon validation of one of the following areas electrical/analog, or power/performance. + You will be responsible for validating the functionality and performance of our cutting-edge chip designs. + Define, guide, and contribute to the implementation of silicon debug tools and capabilities. + Become an expert on the overall architecture, implementation of complex power delivery /features/flows and their interactions with other parts of the SoC, with the platform, and with software. + You will work closely with the design, verification, and software teams to develop test plans, execute tests, debug issues, and report results. + Develop validation strategy, requirements, environments, tools, and methodologies including debug board and hardware/software requirements. **What’s Needed?** + 5+ years of experience with Computer architecture knowledge and power delivery validation experience + 5+ years of experience with Silicon Validation/ verification/ testing/debugging + 5+ years of experience with Basic scripting knowledge, Python + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related degree. + Applied understanding of Computer Architecture and CPU/SoC validation principles, including Understanding of SoC power delivery, subsystem, SoC system level, and platform level functionality and writing scripts/software with industry standard languages like Python or C/C++. **What’s in it for me?** + PTO – Paid Time Off + Medical/Dental/Vision/401K + Work with a high-profile global tech giant + Work on a first-time product + Collaborative and growing team If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
