THE ROLE
Working with our Simplification Team, this year-round internship will offer opportunities for hands-on implementation of strategic business imperatives by applying practical steps of a flexible, people-centric program management framework.
This position will work in-person at our Global Headquarters in Oshkosh, WI for the summer before transitioning to part-time remote work during the school year. Candidates must be open to company sponsored relocation for the summer of 2025.

Student in a Sophomore standing or greater working towards a bachelor’s degree with major, minor, emphasis, or interest in Project Management, Business, Risk Management, Organizational Leadership or Engineering.OR
A graduate student working towards a master’s degree with emphasis or interest in Project Management, Business, Risk Management, Organizational Leadership, or Engineering.Ability to work out of Oshkosh, Wisconsin at our Global Headquarters during the summer and flex to remote work during the school year. This is a year-round position with the expectation that the candidate will work 40 hours during the summer and about 20 hours during the school year.STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS

$18.00 - $37.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
