Required Qualifications + Associate's degree. + Minimum of one to two years of experience in various simulation modalities (e.g., mannequin, audio-visual streaming). + Experience maintaining and troubleshooting simulation software and hardware. Licenses/Certifications + Certified Healthcare Simulation Operations Specialist (CHSOS) Certification or willingness to obtain within three years of hire. Preferred Qualifications + Bachelor's degree. + Experience in a health professional clinical laboratory or simulation center. + Proficiency in IT networking, programming, audio-visual systems, or IT support. + Experience in higher education and simulation environments.
