Job Title: Sit Down Forklift Driver
Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Sit Down Forklift Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient transfer and stocking of various materials, ensuring the smooth operation of shipment processes, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

ResponsibilitiesTransfer and stock pallets, skids, boxes, raw materials, and finished products to designated locations.Receive, unload/load, and verify shipments. Sort and separate goods, log and post inventory records, and tag pallets.Check and record stock movement documents such as packing lists and delivery notes.Perform inventory counts.Perform housekeeping tasks, including changing/recharging forklift batteries and keeping the work area and forklift clean.Follow safety policies and procedures while operating the forklift.Essential SkillsExperience operating sit down forklifts.Ability to load and unload shipments, stage orders, and pull orders.Proficiency in navigating forklifts through narrow aisles.Capability to work off of the lift.Additional Skills & QualificationsMust be open to working 1st and 2nd shifts.Why Work Here?
