Site Access Admin - Visa Processor

This position will be responsible for Iraq required access for employee badging, vetting, security certificates, visas and LOAs. This position reports to the Operations Manager. The duties and responsibilities listed below are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive.
**DUTIES** :
+ Service the POC for and subject matter expert on obtaining:
+ All required travel and entry/exit visas including the processes for renewals.
+ All required vetting, including the processes for renewals.
+ Report security issues immediately to the Site Access Specialist.
+ Act as the principle POC with the vetting department and with all badging issues.
+ Submit new and renewal site badging requests
+ Register personnel for badge briefings as needed.
+ Compile, submit, track work permit applications and renewals for all direct hire personnel in Iraq.
+ Visitor Access Requests.
+ Liaise with Logistics Management Center (LMC) staff for the payment of Iraq visas for direct hire and subcontracted personnel in Iraq.
+ May be required to give written and oral reports or presentations to employees and site management.
+ Participate in weekly travel briefings and help prepare travelers for their safety during upcoming trips.
**EXPERIENCE:**
+ Two years in a security position or working with Ministry of Interior Personnel.
+ Ability to handle large sums of Iraqi Dinar;
+ Experience working on US Department of State and /or Department of Defense contracts is preferred.
**REQUIRED:**
**Education:** High school diploma required.
**Security Vetting** : Must obtain a favorable RSO certification as required by the position. Must maintain eligibility at the required security level for the duration of the contract.
**Language Skills:** The selected candidate must be fluent in **Arabic** and English (both written and spoken).
**Medical:** Favorable passage of a drug screen and physical examination.
**DESIRED:**
+ Candidates must have a strong commitment to maintaining a high performing team which delivers high customer satisfaction.
+ Relevant overseas liaison experience.
+ Experience working with PAE.
**OTHER KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:**
+ Knowledge of ALL principles and processes involved in visa and vetting functions at a large-scale overseas facility.
+ Knowledge of principles and processes for providing excellent customer services.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires handling multiple tasks at a given time and rapidly adapting to changing priorities and schedules.
+ Cross-cultural sensitivity with an international perspective.
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
+ Ability to become an active and functioning member of a team.

+ Expert communication skills to facilitate and disseminate information.
**WORKING AND LIVING CONDITIONS:**
This position may be in a war zone, in an environment with harsh and dangerous working and living conditions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may regularly be exposed to extreme and austere desert-like environment. Temperatures can reach 120- 130 degrees Fahrenheit/50- 55 degrees Celsius during the summer months. Employees must be willing and able to perform regular job requirements in this austere, extreme environment, as well as willing and able to deploy to Iraq for extended periods. Work schedules are a minimum of 6 days per week and 10 hours per day, while some jobs have higher daily and weekly minimums. Employees must be willing and able to perform physical activities including, but not limited to, heavy lifting and moving of items, parts, assemblies, and equipment up to the safety regulation maximum; climbing in and out of equipment; crawling; and working outdoors. This includes being able to lift and carry 40 pounds of personal protective equipment for extended periods of time and being capable of running and ‘duck & cover’ during emergencies without putting oneself or others at risk.
