Job Title: Site AdministratorJob Description
This position is accountable for executing site office operations and general affairs, maintaining close communication with the Site Manager to assist site team staff, visitors, and contractors in achieving a good work environment at the site.
Responsibilities
+ Maintain accurate project documentation including engineering documents, various correspondences, contracts, inspection reports, and daily reports in both digital and hard copy formats.
+ Assist site staff and visitors in the onboarding process, orientation, logistics, and accommodation arrangements.
+ Serve as the point of contact for contractors, residential entities, government agencies, vendors, and other third parties on site to maintain clear communication and resolve any issues.
+ Administer office equipment, furniture, office supplies, refreshments, PPE, and consumables, including consumption control and local procurement. Supervise cleaning services to maintain a tidy office space.
+ Assist in planning, coordinating, and receiving project materials delivery, including exception claiming. Facilitate site events such as groundbreaking/completion ceremonies, safety awards, and other entertainment.
+ Encode and verify data related to field progress, resource and material delivery.
+ Perform additional duties as entrusted by the Site Manager in respect to field administration.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in site administration, construction administration, or a related role.
+ High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in construction management, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
+ Knowledge of construction processes, project management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid), and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
+ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment
Large utility-scale solar construction project site. Standard 40-hour work week with the possibility of additional hours as needed.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00
