THE WORK

As the Site Administrator, you will serve as the sole administrative resource on-site, supporting executive leaders, tenants, and visitors. You will manage diverse administrative and office duties to maintain seamless operations for the facility.

Your Responsibilities
• Serve as the point of contact for site operations, supporting executive leaders, internal tenants, and external visitors.
• Oversee shipping and receiving processes and coordinate with vendors for site needs.
• Provide IT support coordination and act as a liaison for troubleshooting activities.
• Manage procurement activities, including purchasing, expense reporting, and inventory tracking.
• Schedule and manage conference rooms and spaces, ensuring seamless support for high-profile events and meetings.
• Coordinate and escort facility maintenance and infrastructure services, collaborating with landlords and service trades (e.g., HVAC, electrical, painting, and carpentry).
• Proactively address tasks with a high level of independence while fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.
• Interface with security personnel to ensure compliance with DoD site and facility operations.

• Holds an active DoD Secret clearance or higher.

Basic Qualifications:
> Work history demonstrating ability to operate in a multi-faceted environment in an independent manner.
> Experience with executive site visits and/or meetings including military ranking officers.
> Possess a DoD Secret clearance
> Experience performing duties in a classified environment.
> Proficient in the full complement of Microsoft Office Suite and possess skills to compose correspondence and create presentations.
> Demonstrate professional written communication skills: Ability to produce high-quality correspondence & to communicate status to ensure progress to deadlines.
> Experience in one or more of the following: maintaining conference room calendars, arranging meetings, making travel arrangements, completing expense reports in support of leaders.
> Willingness to perform additional special assignments, as required, in support of site goals and milestones including but not limited to, Shipping and Receiving needs, vendor management, material procurement & tracking, IT coordination, Facilities & Space requirements, classified construction coordination, security actions, etc.
> Able to lift 25 pounds and be physically able to load and maneuver a hand truck and a hand pallet jack.
Desired Skills:
> Advanced Experience with M365 Teams, SAP/P2P, pCard usage, and SharePoint.
> Advanced user skills in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
> Experience supporting senior executive or flag-level military officers
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $56,900 - $109,100. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
