Key ResponsibilitiesSupervises preventive maintenance and equipment troubleshooting: organizes and prioritizes interventions on sites and in the workshop, ensures the traceability of interventions on equipment, proposes innovative technical solutions, etc.
Manages the relationship with the works and the other centres: organizes the interventions, assists the operation in the choice and use of equipment, discusses with the Operational Unit Manager, etc.
Organizes regulatory controls: ensures compliance with pre-controls, monitors the lifting of reservations, etc.
Manages the administrative procedures: anticipates orders, validates purchases, handles disputes, etc.
Prepares an optimized investment budget (TUM) in conjunction with the Operational Unit Manager
Ensures budget management by ensuring the correct analytical allocation of costs: monitors the equipment maintenance budget, tracks expenses, optimizes costs, etc.
Guarantees compliance with the QHSE approach: ensures compliance with legislation, leads the 6S approach, identifies, alerts and acts if necessary concerning risky attitudes in the field or in the workshop
Ensures the management of the team: validates the checking and holidays, participates in the assessment of skills, the training plan, etc.
