We are seeking a proactive Site Change Coordinator to manage and oversee all change management activities on-site. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in coordinating changes within large-scale industrial construction projects, ensuring that all modifications are implemented smoothly and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all site changes, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards. Develop and maintain change management procedures and documentation. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to assess the impact of proposed changes. Facilitate communication between all stakeholders to ensure changes are understood and implemented effectively. Monitor and track the progress of changes, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget. Conduct regular site inspections to verify the implementation of changes. Prepare and present change reports to project stakeholders. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with site changes.


Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Site Change Coordinator or similar role in large-scale construction projects. In-depth knowledge of change management principles and practices. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Relevant certifications in project management or change management are preferred. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Swedish is a plus.
