Site Coordination Manager
Job Title: Site Coordination ManagerJob Description As a Site Coordination Manager, you will travel to multiple job sites to assess and report on site conditions. You will work directly with general contractors, project managers, construction managers, and designers to accurately report relevant field conditions in a timely manner. You will also prepare field condition reports, participate in project meetings, and help develop efficient processes and standards for delivering critical site information. Ensuring timely delivery of site information to the relevant project team is a key aspect of this role. Responsibilities + Travel to multiple job sites to assess and report on site conditions. + Work directly with general contractors, project managers, construction managers, and designers to accurately report field conditions. + Prepare comprehensive field condition reports. + Participate in project meetings. + Develop efficient processes and standards for delivering critical site information. + Ensure timely delivery of site information to relevant project teams. Essential Skills + Experience in surveying, construction, and architecture. + Ability to assess a site, understand necessary repairs/replacements/updates. + Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Revit. + Ability to read and understand construction documents. + Experience with field condition review and inspection. + Attention to detail and awareness of field conditions impacting design and pricing decisions. + Ability to work closely with clients, general contractors, and internal project teams. + Proficiency in Bluebeam. + Valid US driver’s license and ability to rent cars. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with multi-site commercial projects. + Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Work Environment This role involves 90% travel to sites across the US. The majority of projects are multi-site commercial with a typical turnaround time of 2 weeks per project. You will typically be working on 5-6 projects at a time, including retail stores, restaurants, fuel stations/travel centers, dispensaries, tenant improvements, and veterinarian hospitals. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $52.88 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
