**Position Title:** Site Coordinator
**Position Profile:**
The Site Coordinator is responsible for managing the daily operations of a solo-person site. This includes performing a variety of contracted office services such as Copy Services, Courier Services, Managed Print Services, Hospitality, Imaging, and Mail Services.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Oversee daily operations of the mailroom, copy center, or scanning facility, including operating office equipment such as PCs, copiers, multifunction devices, imaging, and mail equipment.
+ May also be responsible for additional duties such as:
+ Courier Services
+ Reception Services
+ Switchboard Operations
+ Shipping & Receiving
+ Delivery and Processing of Mail
+ Serve as the main point of contact with customers, ensuring effective communication and excellent customer service on a daily basis.
+ Implement and manage Ricoh Service Excellence Programs to ensure high service quality.
+ Efficiently operate required equipment and software to meet service level agreements.
+ Achieve profitability through effective use of company materials and supplies.
+ Manage daily routine functions, including:
+ Creating and completing work orders
+ Contractor monitoring and inspections
+ Reporting facility-related issues
+ Providing support as needed
+ Collaborate with contracted vendors, facility management, and occupants as needed.
+ Responsible for office supply inventory reordering.
+ May manage conference room coordination and A/V equipment resource management.
+ Maintain positive internal working relationships with all department employees by communicating professionally.
+ Collect and provide data to leadership and customers, including completing monthly reports with support from assigned leadership.
+ Ensure financial responsibilities are met.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Certifications):**
+ High school diploma or GED required.
+ At least 1 year of experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical).
+ At least 1 year of customer-facing work experience.
+ Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of technology.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**
+ Tactical thought processing and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to present information to a small group.
+ Basic customer service skills.
+ Basic technical aptitude.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
**Working Conditions and Physical Demands:**
+ Work is typically performed in an office environment with adequate lighting, ventilation, and a normal temperature and noise level.
+ Some physical effort required. Work is mostly sedentary but may involve walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting, or carrying objects up to 50 lbs (e.g., papers, books, files, and small parts).
+ Regular use of basic office equipment such as calculators, keyboards, and hand tools.
