As a Site Coordinator, you will be directing the installation, modification, and/or repair of related work on our project sites in a supervisory capacity. Responsibilities + This individual is responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising work and subcontractors on field project sites + Works with considerable independence but reports to project field leadership + Understands the importance of completing the work in accordance with contract documents and building codes + Plans work from oral and written instructions; assigns and supervises the work of personnel engaged in the installation and repairs + Supervises, inspects and keeps records of the completion of the punch list + Recruits and trains skilled trades helper personnel + Establishes safety and work performance standards + Manages material and delivery handling plans with team and subcontractors + Orders and updates jobsite supplies as needed + Coordinates site cleanup + Completes miscellaneous duties or special projects as assigned. Basic Qualifications + Graduation from a standard high school, GED or vocational school with experience as a journeyman; or equivilant training and experience + Must be a team player and/or work well with others + Highly preferred: Construction or related experience + Thorough knowledge of the practices, methods, materials, tools, and equipment of the construction trade + Knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions of the work + Able to supervise the work of skilled and semi-skilled craft workers + Capable of reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, drawings + Maintains good working relationships with personnel of other departments + Communicate clearly and concisely in writing and orally + Skilled in the use and care of the standard tools and equipment for the industry + Comprehends and can communicate in English + Ability to communicate in additional language(s) encouraged + Alignment to Clark Standards of Excellence: Self-Motivated, Results Oriented, Adaptable, Team Player, Accountable, Ethical, Innovative, Resilient, Builds Relationships, Builds People / Teams & Followership, Sets Direction & Executes \#LI-LP1 Clark Construction Group is one of the largest building and infrastructure companies in the United States.
