The Position:
The Site Director oversees the “day-to-day” operations of the business, including interacting with customers, staff, and pool partners. The Site Director owns the successful and safe operation of the pool to ensure the pool.

This is a full-time, salary position reporting to the Owner.

Responsibilities: Ensure a safe, efficient, and brand running operation Hire, train, lead, and develop employees Provide exemplary customer service and represent the brand Develop and implement class schedules and staffing plans Manage inventory and monitor equipment Develop and adhere to the annual budget What We Need From You:
·      Intense curiosity and comprehension of the intricacies of the program·      Ambition, initiative, sound judgement·      Experience leading a 5 to 20 member part-time team across multiple shifts·      Examples of coaching up and/or out·      Business operations knowledge·      Exemplary customer service skills·      Detail oriented·      Sense of urgency·      Results driven·      Multi-tasking. Preferred Qualifications:
