THE POSITION: Site & Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site and Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our company website, as well as developing and executing marketing campaigns to drive engagement and sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Marketing Calendar Management

Ensure consistency and accuracy in updates to the marketing calendar. Support the strategy for promotional calendars from initiation to completion. Write briefs for marketing assets for both the website and email campaigns. Coordinate with various departments for all calendar and promotional changes. Oversee preparation for promotional readiness. Create promotional codes in the Admin (CRM) system. Optimize images for SEO and ensure accessibility compliance. Handle invoicing and budget planning.

CRM

Manage the email deployment process, including scheduling and quality assurance. Analyze the performance of email and CRM campaigns. Support all aspects of the Direct Mail program, coordinating with vendors, maintaining the calendar, and reporting results.

Site Experience

Provide support for on-site vendors such as Chat Meter, Affirm, etc.  Generate SEO reports. Manage the opening and changes of showrooms. Conduct site merchandising and allocate zip codes. Oversee site merchandising activities. Review and approve testimonial submissions for publishing on the site. Collaborate with the creative team to review and update the photo gallery curation quarterly. Develop and manage moods and motifs. Review and approve requests for custom/editorial content.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 

Proven experience in marketing calendar management and CRM. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Proficient in SEO optimization and accessibility compliance. Experience with site merchandising and vendor management. Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance. Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external vendors.

The base salary compensation range for this position is $75-85k commensurate with experience.
