Site Engineering Technical Support

About this Exciting Opportunity:

 

We are now looking for a Site Engineering Technical Support, who will be responsible for performing solution introduction activities, taking into consideration both the product and service introduction aspects. These activities are typically performed early in the product life-cycle, involving engagements with FOA or exemption customers. The scope of these activities encompasses specific aspects of the NRO portfolio, depending on the type of solution.

 

What you will do:

 

•Provide technical support for pre-sales process•Provide Support to the project delivery organization with technical and business requirement guidance•Provide advanced engineering (Radio, Core and TX) technical solutions customization, installation guides and Acceptance Tests preparation•Prepare and perform Internal and External ASP Training in Site engineering areas and Installation activities.•Certificate Ericsson ASPs for NRO activities: site engineering, installation, etc•Collaborate with processes engineering, for carrying out the planning, implementation and update of any production process within Build Service Factory•Technical support for internal and external (ASP) participants in the rollout Projects

 

    

You will bring:

 •Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering  •Min years of experience: 3•High technical skills in site physical design and installation activities.•Domain experience: Radio & Civil works•Delivering results & meeting customer expectations•You will plan, organize, lead and supervise•Following processes, procedures and instructions•Working with people•Deciding and initiating action•Experience in the work area of responsibility•Dependent on work area typical experience from working as an Installer, Civil Works design in turn key roll out•You should have experience in customer relations and good technical skills•Spanish and English are mandatory

We are seeking a Solution Introduction Engineer to become an integral part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the realization of value from RandD linked to product and portfolio strategies. You will work in close collaboration with both our business and market areas, and the organizations within them. You will also maintain close contact with our valued customers. This position involves managing new solution introductions during the test phase and supporting marketing and product release activities. Importantly, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance to group directives, legal and financial guidelines, global and local Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety standards (E+OHS), data security and privacy regulations and any relevant approved processes and tools.
