The Site Finance Analyst is responsible for coordinating, conducting & documenting financial analysis activities & projects for a
specific Operations site location. This person assists management in identifying and improving financial and operational issues.
Responsibilities Identify, research and evaluate complex and diverse financial and operational issues at the siteAnalyze financial information to produce forecasts of business, industry, and economic conditionsMay assist with annual budget processLiaison with operations to improve billing efficiencyWork to improve data quality & collection process to meet changing needs of the organization along with the maintenance of departmental databaseRecommend new or improved policies and procedures to reflect business needsEstablish and maintain relationship with site management to improve data collectionContinually develop and improve billing systems and technologyPerform month-end analysis as requestedContinually look to implement process improvementsProvide support to Site Manager on ad hoc projects as neededEnsure billing accuracy and timely payments to the vendorsMay assist with providing the means to charge back business units for costs incurred on their behalf & for accountable mail services.May assemble, retain, and monitor compliance with all contracts, agreements, and other records and dataMaintain effective customer relations.Work with the management to understand business drivers to anticipate & prepare for changes in specifications or volumes.Communicates with management, peers and regional staff members in a timely and respectful manner.Required to be available for some travel.Performs additional duties as assigned and participates on special projects as requested.

NoneMental qualifications include ability to analyze and share dataGood organizational skills Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably with a focus in Accounting or Finance3-5 years of financial analysis experience Service Industry and/or international financial experience a plusAdvanced knowledge of all office equipmentProficient in Word, Excel, Access and Presentation Software Infinium/AS400Must be a strategic/creative thinker and be results oriented Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Knowledge of national business laws, accounting principles and reporting requirementsMust be able to use good judgment, be analytical and have strong decision making skills Strong forecasting skills Must be business oriented & have strong knowledge of the operations of a businessAbility to interpret and advise on financial data Excellent planning and organizational skillsWhat We Offer
