PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Overall provide business partnering and HR support to Crown workforce including Scientific Research, Operation, Commercial and supporting functional roles;Provide proactive consultation and direction to leadership in areas of employee/labor relations, performance management, training and development, and overall organizational effectiveness;Drive HR policies, procedures and initiative at site level;Lead or contribute to HR projects defined by Regional/Global HR based on Country level;Solve problems linked to organizational, communication or management issues;Drive continuous improvement mindset in a culture of high performance and accountability;Assist supervisors with the resolution of employee performance concerns and advise supervisors regarding employee performance improvement plans;Establish excellent rapport with management and the employees;Provide leadership on HR Management Team to address labor relations and related employee issues;Assist employees in resolving personal problems that may adversely affect the employee’s performance;Work closely with HR core team to develop and implement HR initiatives in responsible field;Ensure the effectiveness of all process and procedure at site level;Other related work assigned by supervisors.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree or above in Human Resources, Business, or other related fields;10+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role, with 5+ years of managerial experience in a fast-paced corporate environment;Experience and success with positive employee relations in the healthcare industry;Experience with “field work” and supporting multi-site facilities from an HR support perspective;Overall experience in Labor related area
