Establish annual IT departmental goals, objectives and drive the team to achieve them. Approve pending IT Tickets on Service now and review pending IT tickets (Service request & incident) and take corrective actions. Conduct periodic Review of IT systems such as Oracle, Minex, IT infra, IT projects and take corrective actions. Attend monthly review meetings by Cluster Heads. Oversee the identification, design, development, and implementation of new IT applications/IT Infra and changes to existing computer systems and software packages. Provide technological support in the implementation of automation, security, surveillance, and access control systems and create an interface of these applications with other business applications. Prepare, execute and monitor IT budget for all mine site locations - GPIII, GPII, Pelma and Purunga etc. Plan, procure and issue IT Infra - Servers/ Network/ communication/Lap tops/Desktops. Timely update CMDB IT asset register for any addition, status change, or any correction. Manage and maintain Data Center, all servers, Networks, video conference system, Video Surveillance and access control System. Manage Facility (IT Helpdesk) Management Services. Manage user ticket escalation & take up with partner/vendor & respective team and close in a timely manner. Ensure IT network security through robust Firewall and Proxy Server Administration and Management system. Monitoring of IT Security compliance of end-user devices, DC devices & network devices. Use Power BI report to identify the gap and mitigate any risk. Implement and provide support for Video Surveillance and access control System. Review of all MPLS link status which are connecting to Tamnar Cluster mine sites and take up with Sify & respective ISPs for any outages. Implement Adani Group standard operating procedures for managing IT Network Operations. Preparation of Chairman review report, CEO review Report, Operational Review ppt, Service head review report, MAPA report and Fortnightly report etc. BE – CSE/BE-IT 12-18 years of experience
