Site IT Support Technician
Location: This role is fully onsite in Plano, TX
Salary: $52,000.00 per year.

As a Services Technician with Insight, you will support endusers in person and remotely for the client. We will count on you to Install, Configure and Troubleshoot end user Software and Hardware issues (Windows, Android, iOS and Some Mac OS). Along the way, you will break fix work as needed.

As a Services Technician you will get to:
Address enduser IT support issue using ServiceNow or similar ticketing software. Track fixed assets and inventory using ServiceNow or similar ticketing software. We are looking for a Site IT Support Tech with:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification At least 2 years of experience in tech support and administration At least 2 years of remote tech administration and end user support At least 2 years of experience with Windows 10 or later operating systems
