Site Manager - Dahlgren (4576)

Position Overview:  We are seeking a Site Manager with experience in Navy-ERP and possessing a Secret Clearance.  
Responsibilities: Ability to foster a good working relationship with both the government team and our onsite staff. Ability to supervise operations by developing plans and procedures, and execution of the logistical policies and procedures established by the Navy and DoD. Ability and willingness to follow Government developed SOPs for the execution of work. Ability to effectively plan employees’ work schedules and assign duties.  Ability to conduct required training to ensure employees understand all aspects of their position. Ability to prepare and maintain work records and reports of information such as employee time and wages, daily receipts, or inspection results.   Ability to perform causative research and resolve problems concerning transportation, receiving, storing and issuing materials and supplies in the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP) system. Ability to process all transactions and develop required reports in the Warehouse Management module of Navy-ERP (SAP). Ability to effectively maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, training and safety records.
Requirements: US Citizen only. Active Secret Clearance preferred If no current clearance, must be able to obtain & maintain an Active Secret clearance. Ten (10) years of direct work experience in logistics to include purchasing, transportation, receiving, storing, inventorying, packaging, shipping and disposing of materials and supplies in a warehouse. Three (3) years’ experience in the use of logistical/resource planning software, particularly Navy ERP.  Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent with related experience. Note: 0.75 year experience = 1 year education. Must be able to frequently lift 50lbs. Must possess a valid US Driver's License. Position located in Dahlgren,VA.    VEVRAA Federal Contractor
