Job Description:
Primary Duties:

Onboarding new staff. Experience managing technical scope of projects desirable. Experience Managing technical disciplines (EE, ME, SWE) desirable. Experience managing deployed, production systems comprised of HW and SW desirable. Create, update, and store outline and documents for on-boarding process. Scheduling staff time against team deliverables like data captures, reporting etc. Support and promote professional development of staff. Carry out performance reviews of staff annually. Process implementation/project management: Help TPMs/teams outline improvement processes. Help team create and update documentation such as: SOPs, Runbooks, etc. Team morale event: Plan and coordinate team morale events, at least quarterly. Determining appropriate KPIs to be reviewed quarterly: Coordinate with TPMs to define the appropriate metrics to be reported on a regular basis. Determine more efficient way to collect data to be reported out on. Coordinate the collection of the appropriate information to be reported out on. Reporting on appropriate KPIs bi-weekly: Create, distribute, and store bi-weekly status reports that are shared with stakeholders. Reporting on appropriate KPIs monthly/quarterly: Create, distribute, and store quarterly and monthly business review materials that are shared with FRL and vendor.

 

Must Have:

Reporting on appropriate KPIs bi-weekly. Lead Exp or similar senior level role - Ground truth or data collection lead experience is prioritized.

A Competitive pay, the salary range for the role is $120,000 - $140,000.
