TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking to fill a Site Leader Position in Duncan, SC.\nOverall Purpose of a Site Leader\n

Ensure Quality services and support for all missions assigned to their site(s)\n

Provide leadership and guidance to personnel fulfilling missions\n

Support and maintain a positive and productive atmosphere at sites \n

Ensure all company and customer guidelines are being upheld\nReports to\n

Site Manager \/ Site Supervisor\nResponsibilities\nClient relationship & Business development\n\nEstablishing and maintaining relationships with customers and site personnel\nDaily communications with various stakeholders at the site level\n\nOperations\n\nSet up and supervise missions \nStaffing of missions\nTraining and validate inspectors\nCoordinate changes in missions\nIsolate, tag and verify nonconforming material\nConduct ongoing audits of effectiveness of work being performed\nPerform visual, mechanical, and functional verifications to ensure compliance to quality standards and specifications\nMake independent judgments for subjective scenarios.\nWork as an inspector when required\nDemonstrates commitment to reduce the risk of workplace accidents\nMust comply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies\n\nOrganization & management\n\nEnsures all site personnel receive corporate communications \nPartner with Human Resources for performance and attendance issue resolution\nAct as a liaison between Site Manager and inspectors\nEnsure all inspector time is entered, monitored and approved\nCreate and maintain a 5S working environment\n\nTechnical \n\nUpdate daily system entries in company and customer portals\nCreate and maintain customer and company reports\nUtilize company web portals to record required audits and documentation\nTroubleshoot and problem solve with the supplier and customer for issues pertaining to process flow, new criteria, spikes\/spills\nCreate electronic work instructions and have the ability to navigate company and customer websites and portals\n\nOther\n\nAny other duties as assigned\n\nKnowledge, skills, abilities\n

Hard Skills\n\nProficiency in English\nComputer skills Microsoft Office (basic Microsoft Excel proficiency) and Outlook\nProficient in the use of various gauges and measuring devices\nAbility to lift \/ move 50 lbs.\n\n
