**POSITION SUMMARY** The Site Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating with the Shop, Field, Project management and Vendors for the delivery of tools, ductwork, piping, and consumable materials to the jobsite or storage yard. The logistics manager will also be responsible for the organization of staged materials in yard and offsite. **What you’ll do:** + Maintains and coordinates deliveries to/from jobsite including troubleshooting missing deliveries. + Schedules onsite resources to facilitate delivery of material to proper location, and equipment if needed to offload material. + Collaborates with other departments and project leadership to integrate logistics with established systems and processes. + This includes order management, and shipping needs. + Communicates and works to prevent problems concerning transportation, logistics process, or customer issues. + Provides a visual status of each delivery and project need, updates daily or weekly as needed to communicate current status. **What you’ll need to be successful:** + High School diploma or GED required + Minimum 3 years’ relevant work experience + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Strong customer service skills + Strong analytical skills + Prioritization and ability to multi-task + Basic project management, negotiation and presentation skills + Basic Microsoft Office—Word and Excel skills + Basic organization and planning skills + Detailed Oriented **YOU Matter**   **PEOPLE FIRST: BUILDING TALENT BY DESIGN**   At Southland we aspire to build a workforce that’s as diverse as the people who occupy the buildings we design, build and maintain.
