TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking to fill three Site Manager positions in the Metro Detroit Area.\n
Overall Purpose
\n
Ensuring client overall satisfaction by addressing their needs quickly and effectively\n
Optimizing site performance and efficiency\n
Organizing & coordinating teams at site level to fulfill jobs\/missions, managing the site teams and ensuring good social climate on the site\/sites\n
Travel weekly to set-up customer sites in the Region. This includes frequent on-site follow-up visits after the sites are successfully launched\n
Preparing sites and teams for Technical resource requirements\n
Support and contribute to the company Quality Policies & QMS\n
Responsible for managing performance to meet all customer required KPIs\n

Responsibilities of a Site Manager\n
Client relationship & Business development\n\nBeing the face of TRIGO on the site(s), guaranteeing client satisfaction and building solid relationships, (incl. support to claim management)\nEnsuring clear and transparent communication to the client \nDeveloping business with existing clients on farming, and upselling (support provided by Sales for the quotation preparation and\/or negotiation)\nProviding the sales teams with site information on new client opportunities and insight for the quotations\nMonitoring competition (services, prices, etc.) at the site level\nDevelop and maintain positive relationship with all 3rd party supplier representatives\n\n
Operations\n\nEstimate job\/mission costs as accurately as possible\nManage space allocation and maintain physical facility as required\nMonitor the regions financials to ensure progress toward set organizational goals\nMonitor regions contracts\/missions for proper documentation\/information \nProvide quality inspection and auditing results with suggestions and council from the customer quality manager using measuring tools and record of data\nProvide all required information for contracts, traceability and instructions are well documented, on time, with up-to-date information \nEnsure all operational management tools, and monitoring tools are up-to-date, with accurate information\nEnsure compliance with established KPI's\nImplement continuous improvement to optimize services provided and site efficiency\nDemonstrates commitment to reduce the risk of workplace accidents\nComply with local, customer and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies\nMitigate nonconformance risk at site \n\n
Organization & management\n\nEnsure staff availability and qualifications to perform the jobs \nDevelop, retain, and manage teams \nPartner with recruiting to maintain proper levels of staff, considering turnover and new business\nMotivate employees to perform job tasks that meet or exceed the customer and company expectations\nPartner with Human Resources for counseling's and disciplinary actions at site\n\n
Technical \n\nAnalyze technical requirements for customers jobs (existing or upcoming) \nIdentify technical resources when needed to anticipate and fully address client needs \nSupport development of technical expertise at the site level\nAbility to read blueprints, automated measuring equipment, and factory flow as required\n \n\n
