Compensation: $140K - 160K + 10% Incentive Compensation

Responsibilities
Total Performance Management: Oversee 24/7/365 operations at the Wilton, CT site, ensuring achievement of operational performance objectives, cost savings, and improvement in employee morale, safety culture, retention, and productivity.Strategic Development: Collaborate with the Vice President to develop and execute strategic direction, including the implementation of strategic programs such as CMMS, SOP development, Vendor Management Program, reliability maintenance program, CapEx development, equipment assessments, Root Cause Analysis, safety program, quality program, and best practice application.Workload Management: Organize daily activities, emergency assignments, and special projects to meet KPIs and performance objectives.Team Management: Oversee subcontractors and direct reports, ensuring 24/7 coverage and conducting annual performance evaluations.Contract Compliance: Hold subcontractors accountable to contract requirements and manage supplier relationships with EMCOR centralized procurement support.Work Order Management: Ensure all work orders are completed within the specified timeframe.Customer Relations: Respond to customer escalations and maintain constant communication between account, providers, and customers.Cost and Quality Improvement: Implement projects and processes to reduce costs and increase quality using Root Cause Analysis (RCA).Training and Development: Train, mentor, and manage the review process for associate growth and development.Customer Relationship: Develop and maintain positive relationships with customer Points of Contact.Safety Commitment: Promote environmental health and safety practices, investigate concerns, and make recommendations.Reporting and Analysis: Develop and analyze monthly reports to ensure strategic alignment and identify improvement opportunities.Financial Management: Manage weekly and monthly AR & AP reports to keep the account current.Meeting Facilitation: Facilitate Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).Client Objectives: Implement plans and programs to meet or exceed client objectives.Operational Consistency: Ensure cost effectiveness, consistency, quality, accuracy, and performance to business standards.Customer Satisfaction: Implement processes and technology to deliver quality products and services.Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement and innovation throughout the account.Team Accountability: Create an environment of responsibility and accountability for team members.Performance Management: Provide guidance, mentoring, and feedback to team members, and conduct regular performance appraisals.Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.Certifications: CPMM, CFM, or FMP certification preferred; Skilled Trade license a plus.Experience: 10+ years of Facility Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment as a key leader.Skills: Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite), ability to write reports and business correspondence, and effective presentation skills.Personal Attributes: Professional and friendly demeanor, willing to go above and beyond to accomplish the mission.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $160000.00/yr.
•\tBachelors' Degree in relevant technical field (such as a relevant engineering field, facilities management, or construction management) or equivalent combination of education and experience
•\tMBA preferred
•\tCPMM, CFM or FMP certification, preferred
•\tSkilled Trade license a plus, competency required
•\tAbility to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
•\tAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
•\t10+ years of Facility Maintenance Experience in a manufacturing environment as a key leader.
•\tStrong computer skills are required, primarily utilizing Microsoft Office Suites including Excel, Word, Outlook, & Power Point.
