The Site Manager oversees the operation of a residential property. The Site Manager must do periodic

\n

inspections of the various parts of the grounds to make sure that everything is in working order.

\n

Additionally, work should be followed up on to ensure swift completion.

\n

Job Duties and Responsibilities

\n

Duties include but not limited to:

\n

 Ensure compliance with regulations.

\n

Coordinates repairs and maintenance.

\n

 Other duties as assigned.

\n

Hourly pay rate $14.50/hr.

\n Requirements

Knowledge and Skills

\n

 Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.

\n

 Knowledge of communities/property/real estate and homeowners associations.

\n

 Knowledge of the role of the association board, the Community Association Manager, and how

\n

those roles interface with the requests of homeowners.

\n

 Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.)

\n

at a proficient level.

\n

 Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.

\n

 Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).

\n

 Professional customer service skills.

\n

 Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.

\n

 Time management and time critical prioritization skills.Education and Experience
