Job Overview

The Site Merchandising Business Manager works side by side with the Senior Director to lead digital strategies for the total category. This individual plays a critical leadership role on the team and acts as a Business Generalist with key stakeholders in Merchandising, Marketing, and other Digital partners. They must proactively identify opportunities to optimize site performance and devise solutions for continuous improvement, leveraging data and insights. The Business Manager must be highly analytical with strong business acumen, organized, and possess great communication and presentation skills. 

 

What You Will Do

Ensure best-in-class site execution for events, promotions, CAT pages, and Sitelets/ Browse pages.  Site analysis and audit: Align data across all customer touch points and devices. Establish best practices and share insights with Site Merchandising Directors, Associates, and Assistants on a regular basis.  Participate in special projects/committees aimed at boosting site performance or improving process results. Collaborate with Merchandise Strategy team, Marketing, and other Site Merchandising Business Managers to ensure alignment of strategies and drive performance improvements on the site.  Seek opportunities to grow the business by improving the customer shopping experience through innovation and competitive analysis. Marketplace liaison responsible for helping to align 3P product onboarding with 1P PDP Health best practices, strategizing navigation for 3P white space categories and optimizing site exposure through event participation and correct attribution.

Organization and Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to develop and maintain efficient systems of organization.

Innovative Thinking: Willingness to innovate and continuously seek out new data sources to enhance insights.

Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field are encouraged to apply. 3+ years’ experience in retail/e-commerce/online product management. Prior site merchandising or e-commerce experience preferred. Regularly required to sit, talk, hear; use hands/fingers to touch, handle, and feel. Occasionally required to move about the workplace and reach with hands and arms. Requires close vision. Able to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
