Your role
We’re looking for a Site Merchandising Intern that will support Oakley's e-commerce team in maintaining the product catalog and visual merchandising online, updating and publishing collections in line with campaigns and digital communications. He/she will work closely with the Site Merchandising team and together with the Sr. Calendar & Site Merchandising Manager, assisting with product sorting activities on Oakley.com, reviewing filters and product chips and keeping tracking of promotions for the website. The role also involves supporting product analysis, sharing product information, and updating content, while participating in product and creative briefs with other teams (such as CRM, Creative Hub and many others). Strong organizational skills, precision, and product sensibility are required.
Main responsibilities:
• Site Merchandising: Support product sorting for eyewear, apparel, and accessories; review filters and chips on product pages; align with assortment, planning, and D2C teams on product publishing and timings, and assist with PIM activities. Aid in product copy, translations, images, and information collection; assist with product analysis for these categories.
• Test & Support during Key Commercial Moments: During events like Cyber Week and Customer Week, test product execution (PLPs and PDPs) to ensure sales optimization. Support promo tracking with project management tools to map and share key details/informations for all takeholders involved.
• Special/Limited Launches: Assist with special product launches (limited edition, exclusive) by aligning with brand and category guidelines for flow and display.
• Content/Product Brief for Key Categories: Share guidelines with the creative hub for content production (descriptions, images, etc.) for CRM/EDMs, menus, homepages, PLPs, and landing pages.
• Product Visibility & Results Monitoring: Collaborate with Product and Senior Analysts to track performance and suggest new ideas to improve product visibility and results online.
Main requirements:
Educational Background in Economics/Business, Marketing or related field Strong problem solving and organizational skills, good analytics background Ability to interact with different internal and external stakeholders (excellent communication and collaboration skills) Flexibility, lateral thinking and proactive/positive approach Ability to stay up to date with market trends, movement and innovations Possess product sensibility and the ability to identify emerging trends together with good eye for contents/images Good knowledge of MS suite Passion for digital contents is a must Experience in managing product collections and product releases is a plus Knowledge about CMS and image update tool is a plus Familiarity with project management and design tools such as Click Up and Figma is a plus
