How you’ll help us.
Based at our EMEA Headquarters, just outside of Amsterdam, Netherlands, you will be reporting to the E-Commerce Trading Manager, and as part of the role, you’ll:
Analyse product sales and user behaviour to identify opportunities to create improved consumer journeys. Optimise our onsite search engine dictionaries and features to deliver the most relevant results and journeys. Collaborate with Category teams to identify, implement, and update educational content on product detail pages. Collaborate with the Optimisation team to continue to improve and update our guided selling and cross-selling experiences. Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Loyalty, and Onsite Content teams to create consumer-relevant journeys on ASICS.com. Analyse and report the results of initiatives to the broader stakeholder groups.
More about you.
Strong analytical skills with experience with Google Analytics and/or Contentsquare. Good understanding of ECOM metrics and segments. Experience with SalesForce CommerceCloud. Understanding of online shopping journeys and consumer experience. Ability to articulate and present new initiatives. Two years of working experience in B2C eCommerce or Digital Marketing.
