What Office Services contributes to Cardinal Health
Office Services is responsible for performing a variety of clerical and data entry activities in support of their work teams in accordance with standard procedures. This includes clerical duties such as photocopying, compiling records, filing, tabulating, posting information, and distributing mail. Maintains records, prepares forms, verifies information and resolves routine problems.
Responsibilities
Responsible for aggregating data and distributing metric reportsCoordinating and facilitating materials during new hire orientation and assisting with paperworkManaging the referral bonus programManaging office supply inventory and ordering new products as necessaryProcess any invoices for the facilityOrganizing catering events - meal planning, supplies purchasing, set up and take down of eventsResponsible for arranging and coordinating onsite employee activitiesResponsible for helping with some organizing of leadership schedulesHosting onsite guests of the siteAssisting with any additional tasks that may arise within the facility

Qualifications
