Water & Protection (W&P) is looking for a Site Operations Finance Analyst to provide support to the Spruance Manufacturing Site. This role combines strategic, tactical, and execution skill sets, with exposure across the W&P Lines of Business (LOB) while reporting to the W&P Operations Finance Manager.

Please note this is an onsite position.

Your Key Responsibilities:  

Partnering with Spruance Site Leadership to drive a culture of productivity, collaboration, and accountability.

Establishing and facilitating robust cost tracking and analysis processes in coordination with Plant Cost Accounting Team.

Leading all aspects of financial reporting and P&L responsibility of the largest manufacturing site in the W&P portfolio.

Ad-hoc financial modeling and investment proposals working closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and other key stakeholders; providing decision support and financial guidance as needed to maximize business value.

Managing all financial aspects of the Spruance Site for the annual Strategy Review and Execution Review, in close coordination with the LOB’s.

Ensuring adherence to financial policies within the site and business, based on corporate guidelines and business strategies, including SOX compliance for business finance processes

Your Qualification Profile:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Technical Field is required. 

3+ years’ experience in Finance supporting a global organization, previous experience in manufacturing and supply chain is strongly preferred. 

Demonstrated financial acumen and strong analytical competency.

Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to effectively influence and drive business results by gaining alignment and inspiring trust.

Ability to influence business leadership and effectively manage projects working closely with cross-functional teams.

Demonstrated ability to balance multiple and conflicting priorities, while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and quality of work.

Strong communication and global collaboration skills; ability to effectively influence and drive results regardless of geographic and time-zone barriers.

Effective, simple communication of complex financial situations. Ability to articulate financial issues and impacts in the business context.

Comfort in a visible, fast-paced, dynamic, and uncertain business environment.
