Responsibilities Install and manage a variety of lighting, controls, and energy efficiency projects for customers. Functions as the manager of a job-managing multiple resourced, direct and indirect CES associates on energy and control related projects in and out of assigned region, as needed. Maintain key strategic relationships with customers at various levels within a customer’s organization. Create parts list of materials, coordinates logistics of resources and materials for timely, efficient, execution of projects. Manages team and schedule for project timelines and execution. Work with management team to actively grow the business interests in your region and oversee financial performance. Performs quality assurance paperwork in a timely and concise manner to help streamline billing. Become a subject matter expert in the energy management and lighting solutions and services that we provide. Manage all assigned projects and contracted field personnel to meet customer requirements for schedules and budgets. Assist in developing and mentoring direct reports on the project on how to meet account objectives, properly complete quality workmanship to CES standards. Promote the Company’s core values and culture to other employees, customers and potential customers. Track, identify and communicate the completion status of each energy project to customers and management. Provides comprehensive field support for large-scale energy related projects that allow the department to grow, increase profitability and become more dynamic within this product line. Identifies areas of improvement on projects to increase efficient project completion while limiting facility down time and/or customer loss. Manage travel and entertainment expenses appropriately by adhering to company expectations. Up to 75-95% travel is required for this position.
